Founded in May 1961 as the choir for the first morning service at Wesley Methodist Church, the Dawnbreakers choir was given its name by the late Rev Dr Gunnar Teilmann Jr. as its choristers have to “break the dawn” to sing at 7.30am every Sunday.

The Dawnbreakers celebrated her 50th anniversary in 2012 and produced a CD album as a testimony to God’s glory, blessings and faithfulness through the years.

Time commitment : Weekly service, 7.30am, warm up session at 7.00am and rehearsals on Sundays from 9.30am to 11.15am at the Chapel
